Prices in US dollars, per business, per month. No per-user fees and no usage bills, however many documents you have or questions you ask. A connection is one system or file store, such as QuickBooks, SharePoint or an office file share. The built-in assistant includes a monthly allowance; questions from your own AI tools are never limited.
The ones we hear first
Do we have to move to new software?
No. Instancia works with the systems you already have. Nothing is replaced, and your team keeps working the way they do today.
Will AI change our data?
No. Instancia only reads. If you later want it to take actions, like creating a follow-up task, each one is approved by a named person on your team first.
Doesn't Copilot already do this?
Copilot sees your Microsoft 365 email and documents. It can't see your accounting file, your order system or an older database, and it can't tell that three records are one customer. Instancia gives Copilot, or any assistant, that full view.
Is our data safe?
Each business's data is kept in its own isolated space, encrypted with its own key, and only used to answer your questions. Sovereign cloud options are coming soon.
Do our files get uploaded?
No. Instancia reads your files where they live, labels them and keeps a pointer. When someone asks about a file, it's fetched from where it lives, just for that person, and not kept afterwards. You can choose to copy a folder in for full-text search.
What do you copy from our systems?
Only the fields your answers need, such as a customer's name, an invoice's amount and its due date. Everything else stays in your systems. Sensitive details like tax IDs and bank numbers are never copied; when two systems need to be matched on one, Instancia uses a scrambled fingerprint instead of the number itself. What is copied goes, encrypted, into your own isolated space, and adding a field takes an approval from you.
What happens when we upgrade our systems?
Everything carries over. Switch accounting packages and your questions, answers and matched customers stay the same. Only the connection changes.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly price: $750 for 3 connections, $1,250 for 5, or $2,500 for 20. Extra connections are $50 a month each. A connection is one system or file store. No per-user fees and no usage bills.
Can we use Instancia for ITAR or CMMC data?
Not yet. Our commercial cloud is not for controlled unclassified information or ITAR technical data. A sovereign cloud option, hosted in a US government cloud region and run only by US persons, is in development. Join the sovereign waitlist and we'll share the roadmap.
Is it available now?
