How working with us is meant to work
Plain-language summary. Last updated October 11, 2026.
This is a summary, not the agreement. It describes how we intend to work with MSPs and businesses, so you can see the shape of it early.
Instancia is in development. Joining the early-access list or applying to the pilot does not create a contract or commit you to anything. The binding documents (a subscription agreement and a Data Processing Addendum) will be provided before anyone connects a system, and where they differ from this page, they govern. This summary has not yet been through legal review.
What Instancia is
Instancia is software that connects to business systems, maps them onto a shared model, and makes that model available to AI tools the customer chooses. It is a data foundation. It does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice, and AI tools that use it remain the responsibility of whoever runs them.
Read-only by default
- Connections to your systems are read-only.
- Writing anything back to a system is a separate, optional feature. Each write is proposed, approved by a named person on your side, executed once, and logged.
Your data
- Your data stays yours. We use it only to run the service for you.
- Each client's data is kept in its own isolated data plane, encrypted with its own key.
- You choose where it lives: our cloud (the default), your own cloud, or on site.
- When you leave, you can export your model and your matches, and we delete your data on the schedule set out in the agreement.
Pricing and the pilot
- Paid plans are priced per connected source: one system for one business that delivered data in the month.
- Final prices are not yet set. Pilot partners help set them and get founding terms, stated in writing before they pay anything.
- MSPs set their own prices for their clients.
What we will never do
- Sell your data, or use one client's data for another client.
- Write to your systems without an approval on record.
- Promise guaranteed outcomes or round-the-clock response times that are not in a signed agreement.
