What we do with what you send us

Plain-language summary. Last updated October 11, 2026.

This is a summary, not the privacy policy. It describes, in ordinary words, what this website collects and why.

It covers only this site and its signup form. It does not cover the Instancia product, which is in development and will have its own policy and Data Processing Addendum before anyone connects a system. This summary has not yet been through legal review.

What this site collects

What you type into the signup form: your work email and, if you give it, your name.
Which button you clicked to reach the form (for example, the pilot or a pricing tier), so we know what you were interested in.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, and to choose MSP pilot partners.
To understand which systems and AI tools people need supported first.
To send you occasional updates about Instancia, if you asked for them.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree. The site itself is served by Cloudflare. The full policy will name every service that handles your details. We do not share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

Every update email will have an unsubscribe link.
You can ask us to delete what you sent. Reply to any email from us and say so.

What this summary does not yet cover

Retention periods, the full list of subprocessors, international transfers, and the formal process for exercising your rights. The full policy will set these out before launch.
